Shipping Information

SHIPPING

All orders received Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, are guaranteed to ship out within 3-5 Business Days. Most packages will ship out within 24-48 hours. Orders placed after 10am (CST) on Friday will be processed the following Monday (unless it is a Federal Holiday).

Once you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package. All of our packages are shipped via USPS and can be tracked online at https://www.usps.com/.

 In order to save you the most we can on Shipping Costs, we ship by item weight so that you aren't overpaying on shipping for lightweight items with a Flat Rate.  We are also happy to ALWAYS offer Free Shipping for orders $75 and over. 

*Once you have placed your order, changes and cancellations cannot be accepted.

*Redefined Boutique reserves the right to cancel any orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, etc. and immediately refund the original form of payment.

*For the time being, we only ship within the United States.  If you are overseas military, just give us a shout at redefinedboutique@gmail.com and we will try our best to accommodate you!

 

STORE PICK-UP

We are happy to offer the option to pick up your order at our store (1835 Madison Street, Suite C, Clarksville, TN 37043).  If you place an order Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, your order will be ready for pickup up Thursday's by 4:00pm.  If you place an order on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be ready to pickup on Monday by 4:00pm.
