All orders received Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, are guaranteed to ship out within 1-3 Business Days. Most packages will ship out within 24-48 hours. Orders placed after 10am (CST) on Friday will be processed the following Monday (unless it is a Federal Holiday).
Once you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package. All of our packages are shipped via USPS and can be tracked online at https://www.usps.com/.

Flat rate shipping is $7.95. We are also happy to offer Free Shipping for orders $75 and over.
• Once you have placed your order, changes and cancellations cannot be accepted.
• Redefined Boutique reserves the right to cancel any orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, etc. and immediately refund the original form of payment.
• For the time being, we only ship within the United States. If you are overseas military, just give us a shout at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to accommodate you!

ONLINE RETURN POLICY:
Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached. Items that are returned with obvious use, makeup or deodorant stains, perfume smells, cigarette smoke, body odor etc. will be subject to rejection.
We do not allow returns or exchanges on Sale Items or Accessories (jewelry, scarves, hair accessories, hats, handbags, seasonal items, bralettes, shoes, etc.)
Returns are accepted in exchange for store credit only. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be taken out of the amount.
You may initiate an online return through our Returns Center:
All items must be mailed back to Redefined Boutique Online or returned to any in store location along with your invoice. Returns must be postmarked or returned in person within 30 days of the delivery date. If returning IN STORE, we will issue you store credit for the amount which you purchased the item online. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be taken out of the amount.
Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. If your return does not meet the above criteria, do not attempt to return it, as it will be rejected. Cost of the re-shipping of a rejected item will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once we have received your return, please allow for a 3-5 day processing window. You will receive an email confirming your return request, its process, and your credit once your order has been processed and your credit applied.
If you have RECEIVED a damaged item, please email us at email@example.com with "Damaged Item" in the Subject Line. Please include your order number and the Item name of the damaged item. Also, attach a picture of the damage with TAGS ATTACHED so that we can assess how to reconcile. Do NOT attempt to return a damaged item without tags attached. We are not responsible for damages caused by wash or wear of your item. Please follow all Care Instructions on the inner tag of your clothing.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM TO BE SHIPPED?:
To return items, please ensure that the above criteria is met. Please ship your return in either its original package or packaged so that it will not get damaged in shipment. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in-transit to us.

Make sure your return meets all of the criteria above. If so, bring in the item you wish to return to any of our in store locations with your original invoice and the item you'd like to return circled, along with a written reason for the return. Our staff will inspect the item before you leave to ensure that it meets our return requirements. If so, we will process your return in 3-5 days and store credit will be issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be taken out of the amount.
